Disable the Duration Timer

If the duration timer (when recording audio) gives you anxiety, you can now disable it!

We received feedback that the duration timer that's displayed when a therapist is recording their session summary can be anxiety-inducing. While it was intended to help the user know how long they've been talking, we can totally see how the ever-increasing duration can cause some anxiety, and that's the last thing Quill should be doing! We want to help decrease any anxiety related to progress notes!

Here's what the timer currently looks like:

A screenshot of recording a therapy session summary for a therapy note and how the timer continues to reflect the current duration of the recording.

But if you go to My Account and scroll down to Other Options, you can now choose to not display this timer.

So please, give this a try if you feel this way too! And as always, random emails like this one are what continue to improve Quill each and every day. So thank you!
