Introducing SIMPLE Notes

In addition to SOAP, DAP, PIRP, and BIRP notes, Quill can now generate a SIMPLE note.

We've just added support for our fifth type of note, SIMPLE notes! This was a request by a few users, and it's a bit different than the other formats. Because there's no such thing as SIMPLE, nor is it actually an acronym. (But we wanted to spell it in all caps because of consistency?)

Basically, we received a few requests for a note format that would simply put all of the necessary progress note information into a simple paragraph, which could then be copy-and-pasted wherever it needs to go (EHR, a letter, etc.). And so with this new SIMPLE note, you get just that -- a single paragraph that includes the usual details, but it's not broken down into various sections.

How to Access Simple Notes

Just log into your Quill account, and you can change your default note format on the "My Account" page. Select "SIMPLE" and you'll be good to go.

We just released this yesterday, so please, if you have any feedback, send it our way! And of course, keep the feedback and suggestions coming! We appreciate the users that requested this feature, and we can't wait to keep adding more functionality to Quill.
