New and Improved AI Notes

Past AI issues have been resolved, and now the AI is better than ever!

First off, and most importantly, thank you to our users for providing so much valuable feedback and insight these last two weeks. As you know, we do not save any of your input or resulting notes, so it's because of your correspondence that we can quickly become aware of and fix any issues that pop up. (Outside of our normal testing before launching new features, of course!)

We like to be transparent, so here's a quick summary: Our AI provider changed something on their side that resulted in a small portion of progress notes either 1) showing an error or 2) including a random word or phrase that was non-sensical and was definitely not included in the therapist's original summary. Fortunately, the mistakes were easy enough for the therapist to catch when proof-reading their notes. But this was not ideal, to say the least.

Fortunately, this issue is resolved now! We did a lot of digging and investigating and our AI integration is now working better than ever. We've done a lot of testing following this fix, and our notes should be generating consistently solid notes. We were even able to layer in some upgrades to make the notes even better.

Of course, we still want to know any time an issue like this pops up. (Hopefully that's never again!) In the mean time, keep generating your notes and we'll keep improving the service (based on your suggestions and feedback)!

Thanks for your patience!
