New Note Preferences

You can now have "extra concise" notes (if you choose).

Every therapist has their own style or preference for notes. And late last year, we released an additional customization option when generating notes! Now you can choose to make your notes extra concise. This was a request from a handful of you, so we're glad we could make it a reality. (Keep the suggestions coming!) And we're glad to see that many therapists are already using this new feature.

So if you're a bit long-winded in your session summary, have no fear -- Quill is here! And if you like things as-is, just leave this setting as-is (with "Normal" selected).

To try out this feature, go to "My Account" and update your "Note Preferences". You'll know see there's a "Normal" and "Extra Concise" option. Here's what it looks like:

Of course, you can also update your note format and your preferred therapist and client terms here too.

We'll be adding more customization options in the coming weeks and months!
