More Plan and Pricing Details
We've tried to keep things pretty simple, but here are some further pricing details.
Free Trial
Free
We offer a trial plan, which is totally free. Sign up and give Quill a try. You don't even need to enter your credit card details.
Individual Plan
$20/month
There's a straightforward individual plan. It's $20 per month. With that plan, you can generate unlimited notes. Maybe that's an excessive amount of notes, but whether you see 5 clients a week or 30 clients a week, that's a pretty good deal. You can also generate unlimited treatment plans.
Team Plan
+$16/month/user
If you run a practice or group, consider the team plan. It's $20 per month for the first user, and then $16 per month for each subsequent user that joins the team. You'll only be charged when they accept your invitation to join Quill. (All team members can generate unlimited notes, just like the individual plan.)
With a team plan, you can keep your team's costs consolidated under your administrative account. A new hire? Send an invite and once accepted, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the current month on your next invoice. Somebody leave? Remove them from your team plan, and the remaining amount for the current period will be credited on the next invoice. Only you as the administrator will have access to billing and adding/removing team members.
Enterprise Plan
Custom
We also offer an enterprise plan, which is intended for larger organizations that need special functionality. Maybe it's an integration with an authentication or EHR system. Maybe it's team management (and a bulk discount) for hundreds of accounts. Whatever it might be, we should chat so we can better understand your needs.
